How would you describe your style?
Reggae/Dub/New Roots

Why do you do what you do?
The message that reggae music carries and promotes is the main engine that drives us and that being one love, equal rights and justice, no prejudice between the human race, tolerance and unity.

Ambition or talent: which matters more to you?
Ambition definitely as you can have talent but be lazy and don’t do anything to push your talent and expand your horizon in the field of music. However if you are ambitious it would take a little longer to get where you are aiming but at least you will be standing on a solid foundation.

What inspires you to create music?
The everyday life cycle, our surroundings, the happiness in people, the difficulties mankind faces everyday, the good and bad side, the sun and the moon basically everything that surrounds us is an inspiration including nature, animals, weather etc.

How did you find the scouting process in Rehegoo?
Basically we got contacted by Rehegoo’s A&R team which was a great surprise for us. At that point we were looking for labels and talent development groups by ourselves and this was the first time that we had been contacted directly by such a team. It was a really professional move from their end. So all I can say is that they did a good job and still continue to do so.

How did you feel when signing a contract with Rehegoo?
Excited and inspired to finally be able to work with a big label that really does help promote our music and band. When we signed the contract we knew that this would lead to something bigger than our previous collaborations.

What is the greatest achievement of your career so far?
We can name a few big achievements here, such as playing an opening act for Manu Chao, being listed as a pre-nominee on the 60th Annual Grammy Awards with our 4th studio album “Land of Confusion” for the category Best Reggae Album. Playing an opening act for the German reggae artist Gentleman and playing as backing band for the big Jamaican artist Ras Zacharri are also up there.

What has been the biggest obstacle?
Definitely the biggest obstacle we faced so far has been global promotion. We never had a serious opportunity to promote our music all over the world including TV stations, radio stations, magazines, podcasts, etc. Hopefully this will change in the near future and these opportunities will come quickly!

What is the best and worst gig you have ever played?
The best gig we ever played was our solo concert last year 2019 at the Youth Cultural Center in Skopje; the energy and vibes were perfect and everything went out so smoothly.
The worst gig we ever played was in Budapest, it was a terrible gig in a very small coffee bar with only 3 guests, the sound equipment was bad as well and the whole atmosphere was a disaster.

What is your worst and best fan moment?
When we were approached by a fan who found our lyrics a great inspiration, he was suffering from some kind of serious sickness and our music helped him overcome that and find strength to continue with his life and he is doing pretty well actually now days.
The worst fan moment would be when we took one fan of ours to a festival and he had a backstage pass but he was drunk as hell and early morning he fell asleep on one of the artist benches backstage and we couldn’t wake him up. The security started to get angry and wanted to get him out, so after arguing with them for a while we decided to leave him be, to which the security and organizers agreed. We left him there sleeping, he didn’t feel a thing from our efforts to wake him up and the next day we found him elsewhere swimming in a pool like nothing had happened.

What is your favorite song of yours?
