Israel Carter

Q&A with Artists

Israel Carter Bio
My name is Israel Carter and i’m a music producer/songwriter/sound engineer/DJ from Melbourne Australia. I’ve been making music all my life, I play a number of instruments such as Drums/Piano/Guitar but it wasn’t until 2010 when i first got into electronic dance music. It all started when i went on a trip to Europe and got to experience the nightlife and underground scene that got me hooked. Since then i have been obsessed and have been teaching myself how to produce music. At the moment I’m currently studying Sound Production at RMIT and learning how to be a sound engineer.

Making music is fascinating to me it’s always a challenge to try and come up with new ideas and there is always something new to learn.
When i make a new song i feel i put my own personality and unique story into the music and people can get to know me through the songs. I want to create happy positive dance music that people will enjoy and make people dance.

My debut song called Don’t Hold Back was released back in 2014 and since then i have a released a number of songs.
